Your area of responsibility

• As Head of Department Ambulatory Cardiology, you are responsible for the organizational, administrative, and personnel management of a nursing team with different qualifications (Dipl. HF/FH and MPA-/FaGe EFZ).
• Together with two team leaders, you are responsible for analyzing and optimizing work processes and contribute to ensuring the high quality and efficiency of our procedures. Together with your management team as well as Chief Physician Prof. Dr. med. Stefan Toggweiler and Co-Chief Physician PD Dr. med. Simon Stämpfli, you continuously shape and develop the cardiology area.
• You independently perform various cardiological examinations on our patients (e.g., assist with various diagnostic examinations such as stress echocardiography, spiroergometry, ergometry, and tilt table tests). Administering sedation and analgesia during transesophageal echocardiography, ECG recordings, preparation of long-term ECG and 24-hour blood pressure measurements, as well as preparing our patients for consultations are also part of your duties.
• In addition, you take on various administrative and logistical tasks that contribute to the smooth operation of the practice and examination processes.

Your experience

• You have completed basic training as a nursing professional HF/FH with at least two years of professional experience and have attended further training in leadership or are willing to undergo leadership training.
• You are a resilient, flexible, proactive, and communicative personality with high social and professional competence.
• As an initiative and IT-affine personality, you bring a high service and quality awareness as well as good expression and communication skills.
• Thanks to your organizational talent, you keep an overview even in hectic situations and maintain a friendly interaction with all contacts.
