The Burgfelderhof Care Centre is one of five care centres of Bürgerspital Basel. The spacious modern building offers 113 residents with diverse needs a city-close, comfortable, and individual home in the midst of greenery.

Your Role

In collaboration with the nursing team, you will provide caring support to the 18 residents in our penthouse living area. The varied daily living activities and the professional as well as empathetic interaction with the residents are central. You take responsibility and act quickly and thoughtfully even in crisis situations.

Your Profile

• Education at tertiary level (HF/FH)
• Preferably professional experience in long-term care
• Sensitivity and empathy for the needs of elderly people
• Proven RAI or BESA knowledge
• Familiar with the Skill & Grade Mix
• Open personality with polished manners
