Junior Product Manager After Sales 80-100% (m/f)

What you can achieve with us

• Support of the Product Manager Services in the further development of the after-sales portfolio as well as in the introduction of new systems
• Creation, calculation and quotation for service agreements and other services in the service portfolio
• Management and monitoring of service contracts including durations, costs, cancellation periods as well as timely contract renewals
• Planning, coordination and follow-up of maintenance and service orders
• Monitoring, evaluation and further development of the Machine Monitoring Centre
• Participation in the conceptualisation, introduction and further development of new service offerings, especially subscription and flat-rate models
• Ensuring smooth collaboration with technical sales advisors, product management, service dispatch and parts sales
• Co-responsibility for increasing the turnover of after-sales products and services
• Participation in trade fairs and exhibitions
• Planning and conducting internal training on services and service offerings

What you bring to your role

• Completed technical basic training, ideally as an agricultural or construction machinery mechanic EFZ, supplemented by commercial further training
• Interest in digital infrastructures and monitoring systems
• Resilient, proactive personality with strong communication skills
• High service orientation and reliability
• Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style
• Good IT user skills in MS Office, knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an advantage
• Very good German skills as well as good English skills, French is an advantage
