This is what you can achieve
- Coordination & Control: Central contact person for MRO International Sales and customers; coordination and monitoring of international MRO business cases as well as maintenance of the MRO portfolio
- Customer Support: Support of customers after sales handover, clarification of technical and commercial issues in cooperation with internal specialist departments
- Order Processing: Independent processing and monitoring of orders in the ERP system from the offer to delivery according to IMS
- Contract Management: Support in the creation, management and monitoring of contracts as well as ensuring contract compliance
- Interface Management: Close cooperation with project management, system management, operations, planning, purchasing and engineering to ensure smooth information flow
- Reporting: Preparation of key figures, status reports and decision-making bases for internal and external stakeholders
- Process Orientation: Compliance with and active further development of IMS processes and tools
- Deputizing within the team as well as support in onboarding and knowledge transfer of new employees

- Completed commercial training or comparable qualification or manual training with a technical background supplemented by commercial training
- Experience in customer service, order management or contract processing
- Knowledge in working with technical and project-oriented teams
- Proficient use of ERP systems (e.g. SAP) and MS Office
- Strong communication skills, customer orientation and organizational talent
- Understanding of process-oriented work
- Very good German and good English skills, both spoken and written
- Willingness to travel (international)
