Polymechanic – Maintenance Technician
Activities
- Increasing and optimal use of the service life of machines and systems
- Improving the operational safety and availability of production systems
- Proactive planning and organization of repairs
- Creation of maintenance plans and documentation
- Maintenance and repair of mechanical and electrotechnical systems
- Support of PLC control and interface management between ERP systems and machine controls
- Ensuring the highest quality and safety standards
Requirements
- Completed training as an automation technician EFZ or a comparable technical education
- Solid knowledge in mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics, and robotics (especially ABB and KUKA)
- Experience in supporting modern PLC systems and also older VPS systems
- Strong understanding of complex machine controls
- Enjoyment of teamwork, precision, and a high level of commitment
- High resilience, flexibility, and a solution-oriented working style
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form
