Tasks
- Manage decentralized OP stock, including inventory control and item lists.
- Prepare medical carts and sets according to the OP program.
- Oversee storage and return of consumables and instruments.
Skills
- Completed vocational training in healthcare or logistics (EFZ).
- Experience in hospital or OP logistics preferred.
- Strong IT skills, including MS Office and ERP systems.

Your Tasks
- Standardized management of decentralized OR storage including inventory control, shelf life, maintenance of item lists
- Picking and provision of specialty carts, case carts, and sets according to the OR schedule
- Control of consumables, loan instruments, and implants as well as their proper storage, supply, and return
- If necessary, recording in KISIM and deregistration of consignment material
- Central contact person in the OR area for questions regarding material availability
- Participation in optimization projects (e.g., case carts, digitization projects) and test setups
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training in healthcare (e.g., FaGe, OTA, basic medical or pharmaceutical training) or as a logistics specialist EFZ
- Professional experience in a hospital environment or in OR logistics is an advantage
- Efficient, precise, and reliable working style
- Resilient, flexible, and team-oriented personality with a high service orientation
- Enjoyment of interface work and willingness to work shifts (early/late shifts)
- Good IT skills (MS Office, ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 are an advantage)
- Willingness to work in a 2-shift system (early and late shifts)
- Very good German language skills
