Your Tasks
The independent and responsible care of our 36 residents is an enriching challenge for you. With your modern understanding of nursing, you handle the most diverse everyday situations and are co-responsible for the design and implementation of nursing processes. You are open to further education and to passing on your knowledge and experience to employees and learners. You maintain professional and empathetic contacts with relatives and trusted persons.
Your Profile
- Education at tertiary level (FH, HF, DNII, AKP, PsyKP, KWS)
- Very good knowledge of German
- Independence and initiative
- Conscientious working method and networked thinking
- Service and customer orientation
- Open and constructive personality
- Ability to work in a team
