Clerk for Transport and Equipment 80 - 100%
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
After internal professional training, you will independently perform the following tasks:
- Organization and scheduling of transports for our rental equipment
- Operational coordination of scheduling with our locations
- Provision of route planning and reports for the drivers
- Planning and coordination with external transport companies
- Clarifications with customers, authorities, construction, trade, and traffic police
- Competent telephone advice to our customers
- Quotation and order processing in our ERP system Abacus
- General administrative tasks
What you should bring:
Clearly: technical understanding, willingness to learn, and enthusiasm for new topics and challenges. In addition, you should have these skills and qualities:
- Strong organizational talent and ideally experience in scheduling
- A very high customer and service orientation
- A solution-oriented and quick way of thinking and acting
- A very high quality and sense of responsibility
- High resilience and concentration even in hectic situations
- Proficient user knowledge of common MS Office programs, Abacus knowledge is an advantage
- Very good German skills (mother tongue level), French skills are an advantage
