We are offering a combined Service-Kitchen Internship (a) for hotel management students

Here is what you will do

You welcome and take care of our guests
You serve food and drinks in à la carte and banquet service
You operate the cash register with the Vectron POS system
You prepare mise en place at your own station (in service and kitchen)
You prepare dishes at your station
You ensure the proper handling of food and work equipment

What we expect from you

You are a student at a Swiss hotel management school
You speak fluent German
English skills are an advantage
You are motivated, positive, and identify with Swiss gastronomy
You enjoy working in a team
