For one of our clients, we are looking for a

Foundry Operator (m/f)

Your mission

• Support the founders during the preparation and casting operations
• Prepare raw materials and equipment
• Carry out the operations necessary for the smooth running of production
• Ensure compliance with procedures, manufacturing parameters and safety rules
• Visually check operations and report any problems observed
• Perform routine cleaning and first-level maintenance tasks

• Participate in the preparation of trees and their plastering for casting
• Set up the necessary equipment and prepare the cylinders
• Apply the defined methods and settings to achieve compliant preparation
• Follow the different stages of the process and carry out the necessary checks
• Identify any non-conformities that may affect the final quality

Depending on the workshop's needs, you may also be involved in:

• Manual injection of wax parts
• Visual inspection of the produced parts

Your profile

We are primarily looking for a hands-on person, interested in technical trades and capable of working carefully.

• You have training or initial experience in industry, production or a technical field
• You have knowledge of foundry, jewellery/jewellery or a precision manufacturing workshop
• You are comfortable with manual work and the use of production equipment
• You can follow precise instructions and are attentive to quality and safety requirements

• You are meticulous and conscientious in your work
• You appreciate task variety and can adapt to the workshop's needs
• You are able to work in a team while managing your own activities
• You are organised and know how to manage your priorities
• You care about doing a good job and quality
• You are curious, receptive to new methods and motivated to learn
