For our facility in one of the regions: Zurich, Basel, Bern, Zug, we are looking for a
Your tasks:
- Educational, operational, and economic management of 3-7 daycare locations
- Personnel responsibility for 50-100 employees (recruitment, planning, and leadership)
- Quality management and cooperation with authorities
- Ensuring a pedagogically high-quality daily routine in the daycare centers
- Supervision, coaching, and conducting training sessions
- Planning and conducting parent events, fairs, and public marketing activities
- Project work: Establishment of new daycare centers
- Your key figures: occupancy and operating result
Your qualifications:
- Educational training or further education with a degree (ideally) combined with business management training or further education
- Full responsibility and operational management of at least 3 daycare centers or comparable institutions is required
- Independent work, calmness, perseverance, and a resilient personality
