To support our exceptional teams who develop great products and contribute to our growth, we are looking for an Environment Health Safety Manager (a) at Flex Hägglingen / AG and Küssnacht am Rigi / SZ.
In the role of Environment Health Safety Manager (a), you will report to the Regional EH&S Director and be responsible for ensuring compliance with required corporate & legal standards and regulations, as well as efficient management of environmental, health, and safety programs in offices and production sites.

A typical day looks like this:
- Ensuring compliance with Swiss, cantonal, EU, and internal EHS regulations, including ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards;
- Conducting inspections, risk assessments, and accident investigations to identify hazards and implement corrective actions;
- Conducting training on health, safety, environmental protection, and handling of chemicals;
- Maintaining permits and safety documents as well as preparing reports for authorities and internal stakeholders;
- Analyzing pollutant loads, managing waste databases for local and company-wide reporting, and monitoring environmental tests and audits;
- Collaborating with site management, operations departments, and global EHS teams to implement best practices and achieve strategic sustainability goals;
- Supporting compliance with fire protection regulations internally and during external audits (e.g., FM Global);
- Leading initiatives to improve safety culture, workplace safety, ergonomics, and environmental performance.
The experiences that enrich our team:
- Completed education in a technical field (university of applied sciences, completed apprenticeship and training);
- Solid knowledge of Swiss labor and accident insurance law, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and fire protection;
- Relevant professional experience in the industrial or manufacturing sector;
- ASGS professional certificate;
- Driver's license B;
- Fluent German and English skills, spoken and written;
- Strong communication skills, persuasiveness, and motivation to work in a multidisciplinary, international team;
- Independence, willingness to learn, self-organization, proactivity, as well as analytical and networked thinking.
