For our consulting office in Basel, we are looking for a Consultant | Case Manager (80%) to start immediately or by arrangement. YOUR MISSION
- Psychosocial counseling of employees of our client companies on operational, personal, health, financial, and integration-specific issues
- Ongoing case administration
- Conducting case management
- Supporting regional management, team leadership, and/or customer service as needed
- Main location is Basel, with other locations possible on certain days
- Degree (BSc/MSc - University or University of Applied Sciences) in Social Work, Psychology, or related humanities
- Broad, several years of counseling experience
- In-depth knowledge of social insurance issues / case management is an advantage
- Additional training in mediation or coaching/supervision (working with groups) is desirable
- Language skills: Fluent in German; business fluent in English, French knowledge is a plus
