Job Description
As part of your role, you are responsible for analyzing training needs and requests in health simulation from various clients (CiS, HES-SO, HUG, IMAD, Faculty of Medicine of UNIGE).
Your professional experience in health simulation and your knowledge of adult education concepts allow you to position yourself as a key and influential player with your various contacts in partner institutions (managers, human resources managers, program and pathway managers, collaborators).
You are an agent of change and innovation. You are proactive and use your ability to understand job requirements to meet the simulation and/or interprofessional training needs of partner entities. Regarding simulation training services, you intervene in initial, continuing, or postgraduate training, or in trainer training.
You are a driver of the transition of simulation training systems into the era of hybrid learning, within a collective intelligence approach.
In partnership with business management, you ensure professional monitoring to anticipate the skills evolution of tomorrow.
You participate in and lead sessions organized by the CiS management within the CiS team, partner institutions, and the Geneva health-social network, and contribute to promoting CiS achievements and activities during events.
In regular contact with various members of the HUG training center's educational team and the CiS, as well as your administrative colleagues, you foster collaborative work and team spirit, stimulation, and an innovation dynamic. You do not hesitate to make improvement proposals and invest alongside them to support CiS development.
Qualifications
Holding a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent diploma in a health profession, as well as university training in adult education, ideally complemented by a specialization in health professional education, you have solid experience in adult education coupled with at least three years of clinical experience in care.
Proven practice in health simulation (human simulation with simulated persons and mannequins), as well as in medical-nursing training and interprofessional education, are major assets.
An expert in managing training systems, designing and revising simulation scenarios, facilitating and evaluating training, you master the concepts, methods, and pedagogical tools of reference.
Good knowledge of the Geneva health sector and more specifically the network of the 4 CiS partner institutions will support your success in this mission.
You have a methodical and structured approach to project management, allowing you to coordinate, prioritize activities, and manage resources. This management is carried out in a spirit of continuous improvement, serving the needs and strategic challenges of your clients and partners.
This position requires excellent oral and written communication skills to successfully conduct various negotiations and identify stakeholders’ expectations.
