Production Mechanic for Long Turning Operations from Week 14 100%
Activities
- Independent setup, operation, and monitoring of CNC long turning machines
- Manufacturing precision parts according to technical drawings and specifications
- Program corrections and optimization of manufacturing processes
- Conducting quality controls using measuring and testing equipment
- Maintenance and care of machines and equipment
- Documentation of production and test results
Requirements
- Basic training as a production mechanic EFZ
- Independent and precise working style
- Teamwork and punctuality
- Enjoyment in dealing with demanding customers
- Experience with control: Fanuc
- Experience with programming: AlphaCAM
