Tasks
- Lead a small team alongside the Chef de Réception.
- Train our HOKO learners and provide excellent guest service.
- Handle check-ins/outs using MEWS, manage reservations, and assist with revenue management.
Skills
- Hospitality background with front office experience preferred.
- Fluent in German and English, with French as a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and team-oriented mindset.

- You lead a small team at our lively hotel reception together with the Head of Reception
- Responsibility for the training of our HOKO apprentices
- First point of contact for our national and international guests
- Representation of our 3-star house internally and externally
- Check-in / Check-out using PSM «Mews», advising hotel guests, making reservations, cash management and active assistance in revenue & yield management
- Co-responsibility for daily and monthly closings as well as invoice and reservation control
- Creation of duty rosters and time control in the absence of the Front Office Manager
- Support in the sale of seminars and events
You bring with you:
- You are a host and enjoy pampering our guests
- A basic education in the hotel industry and several years of experience as a Front Office employee or first experience as an Assistant Front Office Manager
- You show initiative and motivate your team to top performance
- You speak fluent German and English, French completes your profile
- The vocational trainer certificate completes your profile
- Organization is important to you and you have an eye for the big picture but also for the details
- You are team-oriented, creative and keep a cool head in stressful situations
- Knowledge of the operating system «MEWS» is an advantage
