WHAT OUR TRAINEE PROGRAM IS ABOUT
Our program offers high-quality training in leadership, management, and store operations, combined with practical experience and theoretical knowledge. Usually, you work and learn closely with other trainees and your mentor.
- Five modules, each lasting one week: theoretical knowledge, case and role plays, group work, team building, and plenary discussions
- Between the modules, you will be trained and coached on the job with an assigned Store Manager mentor
- After completing the modules, a celebration awaits you to mark the end of the program
The ultimate goal of the Store Manager Trainee program is to prepare you to lead your own store in the near future.
