Technical Project Manager Mechanical Engineering (m/f/d) 100%

• Management and coordination of projects in interdisciplinary teams
• Independent project management in the field of product development and other cross-departmental projects
• Support department heads from various areas as well as implement and delegate subprojects
• Establishing decision-making bases for the management board & supervisory board
• Comprehensive project management (supplier, cost, personnel, and schedule management)
• Identify potentials and risks, define measures
• Preparation of documentation

• Completed technical training
• Further training in project management or corresponding practical experience in project and process management
  (preferably in a production company)
• Confident and secure handling of IT
• Very good German and good English skills, spoken and written
• Networked, solution-oriented thinking
• Independent, structured, and self-reliant working style
• Strong interpersonal personality with assertiveness and the ability to motivate others
• Pleasant manners as well as a competent, winning appearance
• Leadership experience, teamwork skills, and enjoyment of collaboration
