The SONNHALDE in Grüningen (ZH) is a nursing and care center with 300 beds. On 14 wards including nursing, care, and two protected areas, we accompany people with physical and psychological impairments in a home with individual, appreciative care.
Your Tasks
As a nursing specialist, you are a valuable part of our team. With empathy and professional competence, you accompany our residents through their daily lives. Among other things, you take on:
- Holistic care and support with empathy and respect
- Implementing individual needs, wishes, and habits
- Collaboration in a committed, interprofessional team
- Ensuring professional care according to guidelines and standards
- Complete nursing documentation
- Participation in reports and team meetings
What You Bring:
- Completed, Switzerland-recognized training as a Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF/FH
- Ideally experience with RAI/RUG and nursing classification systems
- Empathy and joy in dealing with mentally ill people
- Team spirit, flexibility, and service-oriented thinking
- Good German skills and confident use of IT-supported documentation
