For the care of our client properties in the Langenthal, Burgdorf, Solothurn and Bern area, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a conscientious, independent and motivated person

Facility Manager Cleaning Services 40%

In our properties, you recruit, lead and train our cleaning staff. You are also responsible for ordering materials, supervising the cleaning personnel and monitoring quality assurance. Administrative tasks related to payroll processing are also part of this interesting and varied role.

We expect:

• Experience in building cleaning is advantageous but not essential
• Strong customer and service orientation as well as leadership experience
• Flexibility, resilience and reliability
• Professional and correct conduct in dealing with customers and employees
• Good oral and written German skills
• Own vehicle is a requirement

As we perform our services in client properties at off-peak times, work assignments between 6:00 and 9:00 am and in the evening from 5:00 pm should generally be possible for you.
