About the job
Spitex plays an important role in outpatient healthcare. As a recognized service provider, it connects people and professional fields. The Spitex Association Thurgau is an important contact for nursing and care. As a cantonal umbrella organization, it particularly represents the interests of the 16 Spitex organizations with a municipal service mandate.
We are looking for a Head of Spitex Development Office starting May 1, 2026 or by agreement
You can expect an exciting role with scope for creativity and development potential.
Your tasks:
- Consulting, support, and networking of Spitex organizations in the area of professional development and support of various experience-sharing groups
- Support and advice to member organizations in the areas of training and quality management
- Development of concepts and standards in collaboration with the base organizations
- Representation of Spitex in various committees and working groups
- Consulting and support of the office and the board in professional matters
Your profile:
- Master of Science in Nursing
- Interest in developments in outpatient healthcare
- Openness to innovations in the Spitex sector
