- You reliably, completely, and punctually execute print orders according to customer requests
- You create form letters, manage addresses, and record data according to specifications
- You take care of the professional preparation, sorting, and delivery of internal and external mail items
- You ensure smooth inventory management, maintain statistics, and take care of maintenance and cleaning of the equipment
- You support your team with packaging, additional tasks such as bookbinding, and help continuously improve processes
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training, ideally with experience in printing or production environments
- Good IT user skills, especially in the MS Office environment
- Technical understanding and enjoyment in working with machines
- Independent, reliable, and responsible working style, even under deadline pressure
- Good collaboration skills, even in diverse teams
- Solid German language skills in spoken and written form
