To complete our Human Resources Area team of the General Management, we are looking for a
Organizational Specialist and HR Business Analyst (100%)
Purpose of the role:
To support the Human Resources Area transversally, ensuring proper management of the company structure and supporting the continuous improvement of internal processes through the collection, analysis, and interpretation of HR data.
To support the implementation of HR process digitization projects by assisting the Human Resources Area in adopting change management tools.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Analysis, management, and maintenance of the company structure in SAP (HCM / SuccessFactors) with related updates of organizational units, positions, roles, and reporting lines;
- Ensures the quality, consistency, and integrity of HR data;
- Collection, analysis, and interpretation of personnel data to support the implementation of strategic decisions aimed at improving performance, well-being, and organization;
- Collaboration with the Digital Evolution and Technology Area and other stakeholders on HR processes and integrations;
- Management and/or support of various phases of projects in the field of automation and digitization of HR processes to ensure that proposed solutions align with identified needs;
- Coordination and management of the process of creating new functions and related job descriptions at a transversal level;
- Management and promotion of continuous updating, organization, and archiving of documentation (Instructions, forms, directives) in the appropriate document management system for the Human Resources Area;
- Management of ad hoc proposals and initiatives related to the human resources area.

Necessary requirements:
- University education in economic, humanistic, or computer science disciplines, or equivalent qualification;
- Several years of experience in similar roles;
- Experience with SAP HR (OM, PA) and/or SuccessFactors;
- Knowledge of HR systems (Workday / SAP HR) and databases is an advantage;
- Knowledge of master data management applications;
- Good knowledge of HR processes;
- Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Positive, integrative personality oriented towards teamwork;
- Ability to work independently and in a structured manner;
- Excellent knowledge of Italian, good knowledge of English, and at least one other national language.
