We are looking for a committed and motivated person for Romandy to contribute to the success of our projects as

Site Manager 100% (m/f)

Location: Lausanne Region, French-speaking Switzerland

Your tasks

• Prepare and organize the follow-up of various sites with stakeholders (cantonal and municipal authorities, owners, etc.)

• Work closely with Business Managers as well as Site Managers

• Organize and manage all trades (GC, pulling, fiber optic assembly)

• Ensure the implementation and compliance with current safety rules

• Reflect the company’s values and DNA

Your profile

• You are customer and solution oriented

• You are reactive, autonomous, and available

• You are comfortable with personnel management

• You have a positive and proactive mindset

• You master computer tools

• You have training in the construction field (GC, building) or an equivalent qualification

• You have 3 to 5 years of experience in Civil Engineering in Switzerland. Knowledge in telecommunications is an asset

• You speak fluent French (spoken and written). Knowledge of English and German is an asset
