Advising and serving customers as well as promoting sales
Planning and coordinating staff deployment as well as ensuring store organization
Development and management of directly subordinate store staff
Handling administrative tasks including cash register reconciliation
Ensuring product availability
Planning and implementing seasonal themes as well as attending the purchasing fair
Optimizing processes
Participating in periodic inventory checks
Adhering to prescribed order and cleanliness

Completed training in sales/retail
Professional experience or experience in staff management is mandatory (advantageous in a LANDI store)
Fluent German and proficient PC skills
High sense of responsibility, goal orientation as well as pronounced customer orientation and organizational flair
Open and proactive personality
