WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Customer Success Manager (80-100%)
Shape the future of Care & Education – as an all-rounder: support, consulting & sales
With us, you are more than a contact person – you are the driving force for our customers. You provide professional and technical advice, support with tariffs as well as role and rights adjustments, initiate new clients, and ensure that customer files are complete and well maintained.
You receive support requests, analyze concerns, find solutions, and coordinate with internal specialists if necessary. In addition, you maintain our knowledge database, actively contribute to the further development of our internal processes to work efficiently and customer-oriented, and support testing of new functions and developments by reviewing them from a user perspective and providing feedback.
You also actively participate in sales: you recognize customer needs, convincingly present our solutions, accompany offers until contract conclusion, and maintain existing customer relationships. Through targeted upselling, you help create added value for our customers and further establish our Care & Education solutions. Additionally, you support the planning and execution of events as well as marketing activities via newsletters and website.
We offer you real creative freedom, a dedicated team, and the opportunity to actively shape processes, customer enthusiasm, and our Care & Education world.
If you want to take responsibility, rethink childcare, and make a difference every day, then apply now – become part of our mission and actively shape the future of childcare!
