Spitex Toggenburg is a modern, future-oriented non-profit organization with around 70 employees, which ensures outpatient care and support for the residents in the upper and middle Toggenburg.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for immediately or by arrangement a
Certified Nurse Workload 30% - 100% (or in the pool, work on request)
Your tasks
- Taking over the care and support of our clients in their familiar environment
- Carrying out competent and resource-oriented basic and treatment care including documentation, material and medication management for the clients
What you bring
- Degree as a certified nurse
- Client and service orientation, independent and team-oriented working style
- Good German skills in spoken and written form
- A good sense of humor for our cheerful team
- Driver's license category B including the ability to drive manual cars
What to expect from us
- Our flexible team makes many things possible (fixed Fridays, weekend work proportionally mandatory), continuous early and late shifts (or alternatively split shifts), half days possible (morning or evening), as well as directly from home to the place of assignment, careful onboarding)
- Time for appropriate care at clients' homes (1:1 care)
- We help and support each other and meet at eye level
- Good public transport connections to Wattwil, good parking options, free coffee breaks
- Further training and the possibility of engagement in specialist topics that interest you
- Attractive and contemporary employment conditions (at least 5 weeks vacation)
- Modern infrastructure in the health center, IT documentation system (Perigon)
- Spitex vehicles and e-bikes available or you drive with your own car
