Your tasks
- You accompany apprentices and students in everyday nursing and promote their professional and personal development
- You convey practical knowledge and strengthen action competence in everyday work
- You support and coach our trainers as a competent contact person
- You keep an eye on the training status and ensure high nursing quality together with the team
- You actively participate in the further development of our training
- You plan and design teaching units and contribute your ideas
- You take on organizational and administrative tasks in the training area
Your profile
- Dipl. Nurse HF or equivalent qualification
- SVEB certificate (or willingness to obtain it)
- Enjoy passing on knowledge and supporting people in their development
- Experience in training HF, FaGe, AGS or FA SRK is an advantage
- Structured way of working and confidence in handling digital tools
- Patience, empathy and calm – even in demanding situations
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form
