Your mission
- Organization, planning, and supervision of bituminous surfacing sites
- Supervision and coordination of a team on site
- Ensuring respect for deadlines, quality, and safety instructions
- Interface role between workers and site management
- Participation in operational tasks if necessary
Your Profile
- Proven experience in a similar position
- Strong skills in organization and planning of bituminous surfacing sites
- Leadership, autonomy, rigor, and team spirit
- Good technical knowledge in civil engineering
- Perfect command of French; knowledge of German is an asset
