- Law degree (MLaw, lic. iur.) with strong expertise in social law.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.

About the job
Social Services provide services for people who are in personal, social, and/or financial distress. The Legal Support team, consisting of legal experts and caseworkers, ensures the legal expertise for this area. Would you like to complement our motivated team with your many years of experience starting July 1, 2026, or by arrangement? We look forward to hearing from you.Your Tasks
- Advice and support on legal issues, primarily in social assistance law as well as in other areas of law (tenancy law, labor law, etc.)
- Clarification and management of intra- and inter-cantonal procedures to determine local jurisdiction
- Preparation of reassessment decisions of the social assistance authority in the area of economic aid and handling subsequent legal remedies (district council, administrative court, federal court)
- Participation in the development of practice instructions and implementation of legal changes
- Conducting internal training sessions and managing the specialist documentation
Your Profile
- Legal expert (MLaw, lic. iur.)
- Solid know-how in social insurance, social assistance, and/or administrative law or strong willingness to familiarize yourself with a new field
- Experience in procedural law is an advantage
- Fluency in oral and written expression
- Interest and enjoyment in interdisciplinary collaboration within a professional team
- Committed, team-oriented, and service-minded personality
