Logistics Manager (M/F)

Your mission:

The main mission will be to optimize the overall planning flow and logistics flows, in order to improve the overall performance of the company. This includes analyzing firm and forecasted needs, creating and communicating loads (PDP), matching and managing the overall load/capacity, and monitoring deliveries to meet our stock and customer delivery objectives.

▪ Managing a team of planners, schedulers, and stock managers

aiming to develop the teams towards a common goal

▪ Optimization and formalization of the overall planning cycle flow

▪ Implementation and monitoring of logistics rituals with teams (PIC/PDP/PDC/CNB/ORDO/…) and

various internal clients.

▪ Setting objectives, performance indicators, and monitoring

▪ Conducting analyses (takt, VSM, diagrams, …) to optimize flows

▪ Managing improvement projects related to planning, scheduling, and

stock managers

▪ Participation in cross-functional projects involving logistics

▪ Participation in LEAN projects/workshops with the continuous improvement team

▪ Creating and updating procedures related to the logistics service scope

▪ Internal training for various collaborators within the logistics scope

▪ Implementation and maintenance of polyvalence within sensitive logistics activities

Your profile:

HES Engineer or proven experience in production logistics AND several years of experience in a similar position.

▪ Person with strong leadership and agility capable of adapting to a constantly evolving environment.

▪ Proactive person with a sense of responsibility and able to make decisions

▪ Ease in communication and ability to unite teams around projects

▪ Rational, logical person with a sense of organization, analytical and synthesis skills

▪ Mastery of production management software (ERP, MES...) and the Office suite, especially

Excel and Tableau
