Your Challenge

Operational tasks and independent responsibility throughout the entire employee lifecycle
Active support in the Payroll team on all salary and insurance topics is an advantage
Support with questions on all P&C topics
Updating and managing employee data in our HR system
Compliance with legal regulations and internal guidelines
Participation in P&C projects and initiatives

Your Profile

Several years of professional experience in the areas mentioned above
Solid knowledge in payroll and labor law
Proficient use of HR software (ideally SAP SuccessFactors) and MS Office
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to collaborate in a team
Proactive and independent working style
Ability to analyze complex problems and find solutions
Discretion in handling sensitive information
Very good German and good English skills
