Controller 80-100% (w/m/d)
Controlling at the headquarters is the business management competence center of the group. All departments, from the specialist departments to the board of directors, rely on data prepared by the finance/accounting team. The tasks range from specific analyses, such as make-or-buy decisions, to co-designing the ERP system and the worldwide use of the BI tool.
Tasks:
- Independent support of subsidiaries (including reporting, variance analysis, and support in budgeting)
- Support of cost accounting for selected subsidiaries
- Preparation of reporting
- Coordination, consolidation, and IC reconciliation of the group
- Preparation and analysis of cost accounting (including budgeting)
- Cost unit/contribution margin accounting analyses
- System support/master data cost accounting
- Coordination, consolidation, and IC reconciliation of the group
- Contact person and coordination for external audit
- Coordination of appointments/communication within the group
- Leadership or participation in operational and strategic projects, e.g., participation in the introduction of the ERP controlling/finance module, digitization of group closing/consolidation
Requirements:
- Business management education (FH, Swiss Federal Diploma in Finance/Accounting, Certified Controller HF or a similar educational background)
- Several years of experience in finance/controlling, ideally in an international manufacturing environment
- Enjoyment in communication with many contacts here in Switzerland, but also with subsidiaries and agents worldwide
- Business fluent German and English
- Good IT skills (ERP systems, MS Office, especially Excel)
- Independent, entrepreneurial thinking and working style
