Private Assets Transaction Specialist

Your team

Operations provide secure and efficient processing of Pictet’s banking transactions and investment funds. Our teams ensure all activities follow regulations and manage risks. By developing and maintaining a modern, robust infrastructure, we guarantee reliable, high-quality services for Pictet wealth management, asset management and real estate clients.
Based in Geneva, you will be joining a dynamic team of nine that plays a central role in supporting Private Assets Operations activities.

Your role

-    Oversee and ensure the accurate processing of all transactions related to Private Equities and Real Estate client investments in our banking system: subscriptions, capital calls, distributions, capital increases, etc.
-    Perform the analysis of complex transactions and events.
-    Provide expert guidance and resolve complex internal queries from the Front Office.
-    Develop a deep understanding of the needs of an international client base (Switzerland, Luxembourg, and other Pictet entities abroad).
-    Identify and manage risks associated with private assets operations, implementing best practices to mitigate them.
-    Propose technology and process improvements.

Your profile

-    University degree (Bachelor’s or Master's) in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field, or work experience in the finance industry.
-    Over 5 years of experience in Private Equities and Real Estate Operations, with a proven track record of change management and IT transformation.
-    Adequate knowledge of IT systems (E front, Avaloq) would be a plus.
-    Strong knowledge of MS Office is required, along with proven experience in VBA, Python, and generative AI (GenAI) tools. The candidate should be able to design and maintain automated operation tools, and be passionate about automation and interested in new technologies.
-    Demonstrated ability to rapidly assimilate new information and processes, manage complex projects, and drive operational excellence.
-    Client oriented with a focus on delivering innovative solutions and exceptional services.
-    Proficiency in identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
-    Fluent in French and English with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-    Must be resident in Switzerland.
