Professional Maturity Intern within the B2B Sales Unit
What is your profile?
Student at the Geneva School of Business, you have an open mind and a sense of organization. Comfortable with commercial relations and computer tools, especially Word and Excel, you stand out for your communication skills. You have a sense of initiative and enjoy working both in a team and independently.
What will your activities be?
Assigned to B2B customer support, you will be responsible for handling all B2B sales operations, providing administrative support to account managers, informing and advising customers of this distribution channel, and offering optimal service quality. You will also ensure customer service according to guidelines and adapted to the different modes of contact used (phone, written, direct contact, videoconference).
You will be trained on common IT tools (SDS, CRM, SAP) as well as on Unireso pricing knowledge.
