We have a new training station specifically designed to elevate the practical and theoretical teaching material for aspiring nursing professionals to a new level. For this forward-looking project, we are looking for motivated trainers who want to actively participate in the design and implementation of this exciting endeavor. FAGE EFZ 80% with Additional Function Trainer on our Training Station
Main Tasks
- Taking over daily responsibility
- Individually tailored holistic care and support of residents
- Resident-oriented support in daily life activities
- Accurate management of resident documentation
- Maintaining contact with relatives and reference persons of the residents
- Reference nursing work
Additional Tasks
- Introduction and training of the trainee according to the introduction program and checklists
- Responsible for conducting practical learning days
- Recognizing, planning, and implementing learning situations
- Monitoring and documenting work and learning situations
- Implementation of internal training company guidelines
- Participation in the design and continuous development of the training station
- Close collaboration with the training team to optimally combine the requirements of practical training
Your Profile
- Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ
- Completed course as a trainer
- Very good German skills, spoken and written (level C1)
- Committed and flexible
- Willingness to take on all shifts (except night shifts)
- Organizational and communication skills
- Team player, reliable, and empathetic
- Interest in co-designing and further developing the training station project
