Product & Process Care Engineer m/f/d

This is you:

• You develop and test innovative methods and techniques to specifically optimize our production processes – from the idea to successful implementation.
• You take on a key role in the area of Operational Excellence, identify potentials for efficiency improvement and cost reduction, and actively drive the implementation of pragmatic solutions.
• You analyze existing processes, resolve deviations together with global teams, and develop preventive measures to ensure stable and error-free production.
• You analyze causes of quality deviations, work closely with Research & Development, and develop sustainable solutions to ensure consistent product quality – from raw material to finished product.
• You plan and carry out experimental approaches and accompany promising solutions into series production.

This is what you bring:

• Completed studies in a scientific or engineering discipline
• Professional experience in a production-related or development-oriented environment
• Team-oriented, communicative, and committed personality with joy in taking responsibility and actively driving topics forward
• Independent, pragmatic working style with a clear focus on solutions and goal achievement
• Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
• Willingness to travel (up to 20%) and openness to assignments at home and abroad
