Lorch AG is Bosch's contract wholesaler for Switzerland. From 6 locations in Switzerland, we offer our more than 500 regular customers products and related services in the areas of vehicle equipment and workshop equipment. Lorch AG is part of the Lorch Group, which employs over 550 people at more than 30 locations across Europe. We are looking for a charismatic personality with a strong affinity for vehicles or solid industry experience in automotive/parts wholesale, who feels at home in the world of garages and spare parts.

Branch Manager (m/f/d)

Location: Lucerne and Regensdorf As Branch Manager (m/f/d), you will lead and develop our branches in Lucerne and Regensdorf in line with our corporate strategy. You will take on the professional and personnel leadership and bear full responsibility for the profitability and sustainable success at the Central Switzerland location.

Your Responsibilities

• Professional and personnel management of the branch team.
• Active support in telephone order acceptance for vehicle spare parts.
• Coordination of the internal sales department and warehouse operations, including efficient staff scheduling.
• Active maintenance of customer contacts in close cooperation with the regional field sales team.
• Monitoring of inventory at the location in coordination with the central logistics department.
• Participation in regular management meetings and internal training within the group.

Your Profile

• Successfully completed commercial basic training or a comparable technical education (e.g. automotive technician/master) with relevant commercial further development.
• Several years of professional experience in a (wholesale) trading company in a similar leadership position, ideally with a focus on the vehicle or commercial vehicle sector.
• Sales-oriented and rhetorically skilled leadership personality with a strong team spirit.
• Confident handling of common MS Office applications as well as routine in the use of parts search programmes (E-Cat etc.).
