We are looking for you!
Assistant Physician (50-100%) in our general practice in Affoltern am Albis from March 2026 or by arrangement.
We are a lively and motivated community of doctors, MPAs, and trainees. In July 2024, Corina Bürgi-Feld and Anna-Maria Henning took over the practice after the retirement of our predecessor, having already worked here as employees for several years.
We both were once assistant physicians and greatly benefited from that time, learning a lot both professionally and personally, have since been fascinated by general practice medicine, and therefore enjoy supervising assistant physicians in our practice.
We expect
We value individuality and professional accuracy with closeness to the patient as well as the principle of "shared decision making" and practice an open and supportive exchange within the entire team. We care for patients of all ages (except newborns and toddlers), many long-term patients, and treat everything from minor ailments to highly complex cases. Psychosocial issues also find their place and space with us.
We offer
In our practice, we are generally committed to teaching, train MPAs, and supervise students and assistant physicians. For quality assurance, we practice a certified quality management system (EQUAM), are a MediX partner practice and thus part of a regional quality circle that takes place in our practice. Additionally, we regularly participate together in external training (e.g., KHM Congress General Practice) and maintain an active professional exchange internally.
