YOUR TASKS
- Close collaboration with the Head Legal & Company Secretariat as well as taking on own lead topics
- Advising and supporting clinics and group functions in all legal matters, especially in contract, corporate and healthcare law
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts with internal and external stakeholders
- Designing and further developing the legal department by working on legal-tech and AI-based solutions as well as standards and processes
- Coordinating and collaborating with external law firms
- Supporting corporate housekeeping and internal guidelines; ensuring good corporate governance and compliance
- Representing the Hirslanden Group towards authorities and other stakeholders
YOUR PROFILE
- Completed university degree in law (lic. iur. / Master of Law), Swiss bar admission advantageous
- Several years of professional experience in a multinational company or law firm in business law, especially contract and corporate law; knowledge of healthcare law or interest in this field
- Curious, solution-oriented and resilient personality who enjoys taking responsibility and has excellent communication skills
- Fluent in German and English, good knowledge of French is an advantage
- Structured and precise working style, quick comprehension and high social competence in a complex, diverse environment
