Your Craft

• Here you can make a difference: as a project manager, you are an important part of the extended department management, contribute your expertise, and help shape the future of the department.
• You are involved from the start: with your know-how, you actively participate in the award negotiations and thus lay the foundation for challenging projects such as Volksschule Stöckacker, Beachcenter Home of Beach, UBS Transformation U8, or Wankdorfcity 3 in Bern.
• After the award, you take over project management, conduct negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors, and ensure smooth processes from AVOR to completion.
• You lead your team clearly and motivatingly, set goals, promote strengths, and provide feedback – this creates strong performance and real cohesion.
• With clear communication, forward-looking planning, and confident controlling, you bring your projects to economic and timely completion.

Your Foundation

• You feel at home on Swiss construction sites in building construction and are well connected.
• Your many years of experience as a construction manager, project manager, or managing director is your capital – with us, you can use and pass it on purposefully.
• Your technical education at HF, FH, or university level forms the foundation; your practical experience makes you a competent project manager.
• You make clear decisions, take responsibility, and give your team orientation and security.
• BauBit PRO, MS Project, and BIM2Field are not foreign words to you.
