About the job

• you learn to research, write, edit, and voice news reports and short messages
• you are gradually integrated into the editorial team of the news program and work as a video journalist
• you are on the road with the camera in the Mittelland region and report daily
• you conduct interviews with relevant personalities from the region and ask critical questions
• you actively contribute to topic selection and the daily editorial routine
• you benefit from professional coaching and are trained in handling technical equipment such as camera, microphone, or editing software

• you have a high school diploma or completed vocational training
• you have a strong interest in regional, political, economic, and social events
• your German skills are very good and you speak Swiss German
• you have broad general knowledge as well as technical flair
• you work independently, are curious, and resilient
• you hold a category B driving license and ideally live in the Tele M1 broadcast area
