The St. Josef Retirement Center with its 78 beds offers a wide range of care and support services. Our holistic concept combines the St. Josef Retirement Center, a health center with internal Spitex, and a department for assisted living. You will have the opportunity to work in this varied environment in the future.
Area of responsibility:
- Responsibility for effective, result- and patient-oriented care in your own management area
- Professional, organizational and personnel management as well as targeted promotion of employees
- Planning, organization and coordination of workflows and processes
- Implementation of overarching goals in your own management area
- Active participation in the further development of care as well as in future-oriented organizational, quality and care projects
Expectations:
- Training as a certified nursing professional HF/FH
- Several years of professional and leadership experience in long-term care
- Leadership competence and completed leadership training or willingness to complete such training
- Professional understanding of care and a high customer orientation
- High social and communication skills as well as pronounced quality awareness
- Empathy and understanding for our elderly nuns and residents
