Electrical Project Manager

You want to take responsibility as a specialist in the company and realize established projects together with the existing project manager? Then we are looking for you as an additional electrical project manager in the Frauenfeld and Kreuzlingen region. You will work closely with an experienced, functioning team, take on leadership, project responsibility, and the care of our regular customers as well as the continuous expansion of our network.

• Management of projects for our long-standing regular customers in close coordination with the existing project manager
• Responsibility and management of a profit center with a focus on costs, profitability, and claims management
• Leadership, planning, and organization of the team
• Consulting and support of the existing customer network as well as continuous expansion of the customer base as a representative of Ellenbroek Hugentobler AG
• Coordination and negotiations with customers, suppliers, and other involved companies
• Preparation of offers and presentations to customers
• Ensuring compliance with execution deadlines and monitoring execution quality
• Deployment planning, AVOR, and material procurement for own projects
• Cost management, advance payments, and billing of projects

• Electrical installer EFZ / electrical planner EFZ with completed further training as an electrical project manager or comparable further training
• Strong understanding of business contexts, numerical flair, and entrepreneurial action
• Doer type with initiative who brings in and implements own ideas
• Team player with joy in the profession
• Outgoing, communicative personality in dealing with customers as well as empathy and joy in leading employees
• Solid MS Office skills, experience in SAP and Canoo Volta is an advantage
• Negotiation-level German skills in spoken and written form
