Tasks
ARE YOU READY?
- Teacher for work in the BVS Plus classes
- Teaching everyday structuring, getting to know one’s own strengths and interests
- Together with the team of teachers, social pedagogues, networkers - the BVS Plus team - imparting interdisciplinary skills (everyday coping / basic work skills)
- Teaching in a team including coaching and supervision
- Encouraging prospective professionals to fully develop their potential
- Teaching additional individual support points from the areas: expansion of language skills (German), basic math skills, vocational and social studies, and general education. Further subject competencies from all possible subjects conceivable
- Working in learning areas with internal differentiation. You are familiar with working with competence profiles. In addition, you work closely with the existing reference person system of the learners and take on case management and support tasks.
- Teaching according to the annual working time model (100% employment corresponds to an annual working time of 1930 hours. The working days are determined in cooperation with the team.
Requirements

- Teaching diploma at secondary level I and/or secondary level II
- Experience in coaching and systemic work
- CAS "Career Orientation Support" or equivalent further training
- Experience with experiential education desired
- You are ready to actively contribute and participate in the existing team
