- Versatile tasks in HR administration (entry to exit) – own area of responsibility
- Consultation and query resolution at the counter, by phone, and email
- Processing of training requests
- Co-responsibility and organization of onboarding new employees, including the monthly welcome event
- Deputy tasks within the team
Bring along
- Completed commercial training and preferably further training as a personnel assistant
- Experience in the HR assistant function or HR back office
- Proficient in MS Office
- Structured, careful, and reliable way of working
- Enjoyment of administrative tasks in a dynamic work environment
- Team player with a strong customer orientation
- Position is also suitable in combination with part-time BMS or HF/FH business studies
