Job description
We are looking for an IT Project Manager - F/M/X to strengthen our team in Bubendorf.
🔥 Your tasks
- Responsibility for planning, controlling, and implementing IT projects (including service management, applications, process optimization)
- Close collaboration with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners
- Application of ITIL-based best practices to further develop IT services and processes
- Modeling, analyzing, and optimizing IT and service processes
- Participation in the introduction and further development of ServiceNow (e.g., Incident, Change, Problem, CMDB)
- Ensuring time, budget, and quality goals
- Preparation of project status reports, decision templates, and management updates
- Support of transformation and standardization initiatives within IT
🎯 Your profile
- You have a degree in computer science, business informatics, engineering, or a comparable field
- You have several years of experience as an IT Project Manager in a complex, regulated environment (ideally pharma, life sciences, or industry)
- You have very good knowledge of ITIL and IT service management processes
- You have knowledge of ServiceNow
- You have strong skills in process modeling (e.g., BPMN, end-to-end process design)
- You have a structured, analytical, and solution-oriented working style
- You are fluent in English and German
- You have strong communication and stakeholder management skills
