The Tschuggen Grand Hotel in Arosa is a 5-star superior luxury hotel located at 1,800m altitude in the Bündner mountains. 🎯 YOUR PROFILE

Completed vocational training in the fields of electrical or sanitary technology desired

Knowledge of mountain railways and their machinery is an advantage

Professional experience as a technician (in hotel or building maintenance) is also an advantage

Fluent German and English skills required, any additional language is an advantage

Strong service orientation, organizational talent

Friendly demeanor, politeness towards guests

Neat appearance

Physical resilience and flexibility

📄 YOUR TASKS

General building maintenance (hotel complex, in-house mountain railway "Tschuggen Express", spa, garages, staff house) Assistance and control in the maintenance of all installations such as heating, sanitary, spa, electrical, fire alarm system, machinery, and our ice storage

Support of our technical manager in daily workflows, maintenance, inspections, etc.

Various outdoor tasks (cleaning, gardening, snow removal)

Control of warranty work as well as liaison with external craftsmen

Maintaining maintenance plans for the building technology system

Co-responsible for operational safety

Taking on on-call duties

Working according to the guidelines of the ISO 9001:2015 certification of Tschuggen Collection AG as well as the general safety and occupational health regulations
