About the job

Versatile legal role for individuals who want to shape supervision, take responsibility, and advance the insurance industry.

• Independent legal advice in the supervision of private insurance (life, non-life, health, reinsurance, including groups and conglomerates) as well as other financial market relevant legal areas
• Participation in product review (tariffs, AVB) in the field of supplementary health insurance
• Supporting supervision and FINMA communication in handling indications of possible irregularities in the area of supplementary health insurance 
• Participation in regulatory and specialist projects

• Completed master's degree in law from a Swiss university.
• 3-5 years of professional experience, preferably in the legal department of an insurance company; alternatively experience in a law firm or consulting company
• Sound knowledge of the insurance industry, especially in insurance contract and supervisory law
• Very good editorial skills and a precise, target group-oriented writing style
• Enjoy taking responsibility, driving topics forward, and working in a collegial team
• Very good German skills (C2) and good French skills (B2)
