We are looking for an entrepreneurial-thinking, innovative, and committed personality for the position of:

Tasks and Responsibilities
You will take on a key role in market development and be responsible for the following tasks:
- Focus on acquiring and managing key accounts
- Development and expansion of the customer area in German and Western Switzerland
- Accompanying the subordinate field staff on customer visits
- Management of all sales activities in the customer database
- Planning and monitoring of marketing activities
- Budgeting and action planning to achieve company goals
Your leadership responsibilities essentially include:
- The organizational management of the company with a workforce of around 30 employees
- The personnel management of the sales field staff and employees in leadership positions
- Ensuring operational business
- Planning and monitoring of marketing activities
- Budgeting and action planning to achieve company goals
Your strengths and experience
Your professional competencies include:
- Strong business management knowledge as well as several years of leadership experience
- Solid sales experience with proven success in new customer acquisition
- University degree, MBA, MAS (specializing in business), CAS or equivalent
- Foreign language skills in French and/or English are an advantage
- Industry background in construction, recycling, industry, logistics or transport is desirable
- Action competencies mainly acquired in SMEs and/or family businesses
